BOOKINGS:
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings.
Payment can be made by direct deposit, money order or by credit card with details to be provided by the cardholder only.
Visa and Master Card only and charges of 2.8% may apply when using credit card.
CANCELLATIONS:
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to booking date - Full Refund less admin fee.
Less than 14 days notice 50% refund inclusive of admin fee.
48 hrs or less including No Shows - Full amount charged.

An administration fee of 15% of total booking amount applies to all cancellations. Deposits can be transferred to another date at Mirrabooka Units within 12 months of original booking date.
